Do you have a question regarding how to use our online booking system? Perhaps our list of frequently asked questions and answers could help.

1. How do I book a lesson?


Once your account has been set up by Admin you will receive an email from our system with your password and username along with the link to access the booking system Booking a lesson is simple and can be completed in the following easy steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2.  Select the duration of your lesson by clicking the Select a Service link on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the Teacher you would like to book with and select the date and time for the lesson.

You may choose your teacher according to their profile and experience along with their availability and you may also change your teacher from lesson to lesson or the keep the same teacher throughout your course. The choice is yours!

2. How do I cancel a lesson?


To cancel a lesson, you must login to your account.

Then click the Manage Bookigns link located at the top left of the screen. A list of your upcoming and previous lessons will be displayed. Select the “Cancel” button for the lesson that you wish to cancel. You will then be directed to a confirmation page. On the confirmation page, select the “Cancel Appointment” button once again to confirm your cancellation.

If you receive an error message when clicking the “Cancel Appointment” button, you must call 0972321310 order to cancel the lesson (or email [email protected]). Normally you must cancel at least 24 hours before a lesson is set to take place but we do sometimes take into consideration “special” circumstances.

3. How do I reschedule a lesson?


There is no actual way to reschedule an upcoming lesson.

You must first cancel the lesson and then book a new one.

4. I get an Error message when trying to book an appointment. Why?


Please check your remaining balance and expiry date – do you have valid remaining hours to book?

If you still have remaining hours and a valid package and still cannot book please call 0972321310 (or email [email protected])

5. Can I book a lesson for today?


We allow you to book lessons for the next working day on our booking system. If you would like a lesson sooner than that please call 0972321310 (or email [email protected]). You may also contact your Teacher directly who could make the booking for you if he or she is available.

6. I cannot remember my password. What do I do?


If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by accessing https://canspeak.visiolingua.com/password-reset/
